If you have acne skin, you really should try a primer. Because oily and acne skin have the hardest time in keeping foundation on, which is what you so want to keep your skin looking better during the day. But sadly most primers are too greasy, shiny, slippery, oily to do you any good.
I had the chance to try the Alison Raffaele Primer, and while I don’t have oily or problem skin, let me just say. You just have to try this. The feel alone is amazing.
Not only do you get acne fighting ingredients, you get SPF 15, and the feel of this primer alone is to die for. After applying, you’ll notice it finishes to a super silky almost powder like feel. Perfect.

But is it free of silicon and silicon based ingredients? They ALWAYS flare up my sensitive, acne-prone skin. Quite a few other girls who I’ve spoken with about primers have the same problem.
Your post makes one think! Great article. Thanks for allowing me to comment!

Very true, primers help a lot to those having pimples. I myself use this before makeup & it keeps my makeup for long time.
I am also sensitive to silicon. So is this product free of silicon?
