PINK PRODUCT REVIEW: Origins Peace of Mind

Hello. Feel free to subscribe to my BLOG. Thanks for visiting!

Oh, I so need some peace of mind right now. Really. I mean, don’t you too? I think Origins heard me. Because it’s not only peace of mind, but it’s also on-the-spot-relief. How’s that for service?

Launched in 1990 and still a huge fav amongst Origin fans, the stress busting, basil, eucalyptus and peppermint loaded come guaranteed to create a sense of calm. How? The trio of scents tells your brain to pretty much to switch off and calming, relaxing and i oh so needed this to kick in.

What I liked was the super little mini size of this which makes it so easy to throw in purse or car for an instant dose of calm. I applied a tiny dot on my temples and rubbed in and waited. My one worry was it being too pepperminty, which I’m not really a fan of. But though while it did smell like peppermint, I smelled more of the basil which I really liked. Rub in and a few minutes later, the peppermint kicked in and got icy cool. (hint: don’t go near your eyes…) But my super tense temples? Got a great mini wanna be massage from the cooling sensation.

You can also dot on fingertips to inhale in, or rub on the back of neck, or earlobes. (earlobes?). I also like dotting on the insides of my wrists. If you’re on the computer like I am, your hands get the great feeling being revitalized. Oh, and another cool thing?

Origins will donate $35,000 in connection with the North American sales of Peace of Mind to the Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation.
