World Pink
World Without Breast Cancer . Wear a Pink Ribbon . Make a Difference.
You may think that there’s not much you can do to make sure you are aware. But there is. Just thinking about it is not going to help. Do something. Like:
1. Get screened for breast cancer. How often? Ask your doctor.
2. Check yourself out. Report any changes to your doctor.
3. Get out and be fruitful! Their fiber, antioxidants and other nutrients can help.
4. Work out. Yoga, gym, sports. Do what you love.
5. Watch the scale. Xtra lbs = xtra risk.
6. Butt out. Don’t smoke. Quit if you do.
7. Drink less, live more.
Join in. Take action. Wear a pink ribbon.
