Beauty Banter has a great post on the many ways to use Vasaline…

My fav?

I put vasaline around my nails on the skin, (be careful not to get directly on the nail) before I apply nail polish. That way, any goofs or polish that gets on the skin is easily wiped off. Best way? Take anything metal, like a metal spatula, or a metal nail file, and clean off the polish off the skin before it dries. Works every time.

Another usage is to put on the skin around the eyebrows before tinting.. that way, tint won’t get on the skin and makes it a breeze to clean up.
