A felt tip like pen, I almost thought at first that this is what it was. A felt marker. It looks like it and applies like it, but the tip is cut at a slanted angle. Very much like a angled brow brush, but thicker. Draw and touch on as eyeliner and you’ll see it goes on very black…
But the best part?
This stuff does not budge.
Be somewhat quick to get it on because it does dry and once it’s dry, that’s it. It’s set. And you can rub all you want on it to smudge, or smear but it’s there. It won’t move.
I found it went on easier than a gel like liner or a liquid liner (by far)…. and you have to practice a bit to get the quickness of it down…. once it’s on, it’s on. But if you’re looking for a quick and all day long lasting eye liner look, you’ll definitely get it here.
