Hello. Feel free to subscribe to my
BLOG. Thanks for visiting!
If you’re a makeup fan, enthusiast or all out fanatic, you just had to be at The Makeup Show. It’s literally, all makeup, all the time. Info, products, news, photos… it’s a whirlwind of colors and excitement, much like an amazing brand new eyeshadow palette. You just can’t put it down.
Upon arriving with dear friend, and fellow celebrity hairstylist Michele Vreeland, the long long long (did I say long?) line of makeup fans waiting to get in was just astounding. I was thanking the press gods above that let us just walk right in… whew! I sense a major L.A. hit here and it hadn’t even started. Walking around, everything from major lines like Stila, to lesser known brands were set up wall to wall with their wares. Pro discount applications, and discounts on major lines like Makeup Forever and Crown Brushes (the most insanely busiest booths there…) led to aisle after aisle of makeup bliss, which also led me to cursing the concrete floors that were killing my feet in brand new, didn’t think they were that high shoes.

3:00 arrived and our beauty blogging forum started with a Q&A that I asked my bloggers on our panel, and before I knew it, the room was packed…. The best part? Asking at the end of seminar, who in the audience wrote a blog, to see almost the whole group raise their hands… Beauty bloggers unite! Also, I was so impressed at the great questions they asked our panel on blogging. All in all, we had great fun, and I hope we were able to help and give our view of the beauty blogging life. The best part of beauty blogging is the great sense of community that we feel with each other, and it’s great to see so many new beauty bloggers coming into their own… Thank you to everyone who showed!
So what if you didn’t get the chance to go? Don’t worry, I’ll fill you in on all the highlights and info from the show in posts coming up.
