yes, it actually DOES cover tattoos! i tried it on the black script tattoo i have on the inside of my wrist today while at sephora and when applied with the matching concealer brush, it built on itself and completely hid my tattoo. my only complaint was the “light” was still too dark for my fair skin, but come summer it probably shouldn't be a problem.
Try mixing the concealer with a dot of your current foundation and then
applying. You'll get the perfect match everytime.
