After perusing the aisles of the recent International Beauty Show
somewhat blankly, immune to the thrill of rows of hair products, the
new Lip Tars from Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics stopped me dead in my tracks.These have a filled a hole in my cosmetic life, seriously.
The beauties come in 12 shades including the perfect red, a bright
pink (which I’m obsessed with), blue, violet (love!!) , black, white,
