Another makeup brand that I never really got into was Laura Mercier.
Not that I didn’t like it, it just never was a brand that pulled me in.
Until a gorgeous golden kahki color was calling my name that is.
Enter, Laura Mercier Eye Colour in Sherazade (color not as seen in case)
And of course, formulated with French cashmere talc to provide a silky, luxurious feel. You can say that again.
Let’;s just say this is THE color for brown eyes. Oh, with this shade, they’;re anything but boring. A gorgeous gold khaki green, this shade has enough gold in it to make the green’; part look beautiful and to make your brown eyes look hypnotizing. Every time I wear this shade, I feel adventurous, but not overdone or gawdy. And I get compliments, every time.
You can apply the color the way it looks (and it does, her colors go as you see them! yes!) or buff it down for a softer, sheerer version of it and you find that the gold pops out more. It also looks gorgeous layered over black eye pencil around the eyes for a great unique smokey eye look.
Hmm, I think I just may need to go out this weekend.
