So L’Oreal sends me their latest eye makeup remover, with it’s so chic light mint color, and I have such such high hopes for this. Because I’m truly looking for another eye makeup remover that I can use that will rival the infamous Lancôme BI-FACIL Double-Action Eye Makeup Remover at $26 each.
So try I do. And boy, was I disappointment. Well, let me clarify. It removes eye makeup like no one’s business. In 1 fell swoop, all traces of eye makeup, plus anything else you may have had on underneath like foundation or concealer, is just gone. Gone I tell ya! And it left skin feeling clean and smooth, silky, but not greasy. A winner!
But, not quite. Next test, the waterproof mascara removal. Sweep once, trice, make that 8 times, and nope.. it just does not take it off. Oh some comes off, but not everything. Why do you tease me so? Why? After 9 swipes I still have mascara on my lashes… sigh.
Last test is on non- waterproof mascara. Well, wouldn’t you know it. The non waterproof mascara comes off with no problems after only 2/3 swipes… and of course again, skin feels silky soft.
So I quess you could say, if you’re looking for a eye makeup remover for waterproof? This is not it. Any other? Give it a try… it does work…
