While we’ve be sweltering here in muggy NYC, we’ve been trying ways to desperately keep the beauty look going when the going gets hot and sticky. So while it’s easy to throw on a lighter top to beat the heat, are you doing the same with your makeup? Cargo Cosmetics shared with us their latest products to help you do just that.
