Nude makeup has its place, but the Venexiana Fashion Week Spring Collection turned up the heat with its version of dramatic eyes as seen by BECCA Cosmetics. Venexiana’s vision? Bold eye makeup, false lashes and a peachy cheek.

Smoky Eye BECCA Cosmetics National Makeup Artist Jo Levy (left) applies false lashes to the top and bottom of this model’s eyes. Jo created this eye by combining shadows from the BECCA Lost Weekend Palette and the Prairie Moon Palette, with it’s shimmery charcoal tones. The BECCA Cosmetics Automatic Eye Pencil in Majorca was used to line the top and bottom of the models’ eyes. |
| Subtle Lips & Cheeks
In order to put keep the look’s focus on the eyes, Jo kept the lips and cheeks subtle. BECCA Cosmetics Sheer Tint Lip Colour in Estella was used on lips and Lip & Cheek Crème in Petal was used on the cheeks. BECCA Cosmetics Compact Concealers and Stick Foundations were used in a variety of shades to give the makeup artists a smooth canvas to build on. |

30s Chic
The hair at Venexiana was 1930s chic. Reminiscent of vintage pinup girls, this up-do allowed the BECCA Cosmetics eye shadow and the glitzy Venexiana gowns to pop. |
