Trendy pink hair extensions and Blowouts for a Cure available in October
Pink ribbons are the universal symbol for breast cancer awareness, but for the nation’s 25th annual Breast Cancer Awareness month COLOR salon at Caesars Palace and Rio Salon & Spa at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino have created colorful and trendy ways to help cure cancer. Both salons will offer a variety of pink hair extension services throughout the month of October, with proceeds benefitting Susan G. Komen for the Cure®.
Make a statement with sparkly pink rhinestone strand extensions this month at celebrity colorist Michael Boychuck’s COLOR salon. COLOR will donate a portion of proceeds from services of pink Hairdreams Jewels extensions throughout the month of October to the Susan G. Komen foundation. Hairdreams Jewels are $20 per strand with a $10 service charge.
Trendy feathers and clip-in colored extensions are all the rage this season and for Breast Cancer Awareness month Rio Spa & Salon will offer them in signature pink. A portion of proceeds from all pink hair extension services will benefit Susan G. Komen. Feather extensions are available for $25 each; clip-in extensions are available for $10 each.
Rio Spa will also host Blowouts for a Cure on Thursday, Oct. 6, a fundraiser offering a complimentary shampoo and blowout to guests who make an in-store donation of $25 or more to the Susan G. Komen foundation. Donors will also receive gift bags featuring signature items from the salon’s hair care product line Joico.
