If you actually did over pluck, you can fill your eyebrows in by pressing a brow shadow into your brow. Elke Von Freudenberg, author and eyebrow specialist, has a tip for you; use a brow shadow color a few shades lighter than your hair color. It will blend in easier and you’ll avoid the too dark and heavy brow look.
