Great experience at Elke Von Freudenberg! I actually saw Elke's assistant, Jenna, and was very impressed with her work. Besides being highly knowledgeable in her craft, she also made sure to check in with me throughout the session, and I hardly felt her tweezing. Elke even stopped by to see how things were going. Jenna made my brows look natural and have a nice shape. Also, I love how they don't push products or pressure you to book your next appointment. The atmoshpere is very low-key and relaxing so I didn't reel rushed at all. Would definitely go again even if a little pricier than the shop around the corner.

Spending time with Elke is a treat! Having my eyebrows look spectacular is amazing. Went b/c I'd read great reviews, and they are all true. I felt pampered, and loved the eyebrow pencil lesson. She does not push her products, but I bought the pencil anyways. It's great! I'll be back. Thanks, Elke - you're the best!!

I was so disappointed when the facial ended. I\'ve done facials once a month over the past 10 years. Jenna is amazing! She is one of the best, if not the best. I did not believe her when she told me she only recently graduated with her aesthetician degree.

When I walked in, Jenna jumped to her feet and was super sweet. She asked to see my Bloomspot voucher, but did not treat me any different from a full price paying client.

Jenna explained what she types of products she was using and asked me what my goals were for the facial, and health habits. This helped her give me a personalized assessment with explanations and suggestions on how to improve. I never received this much gentle honesty and detail.

Jenna applied the right pressure and was sensitive enough to confirm my pain endurance level. Her facial, head and shoulder massage were one of the best I\'ve had. She\'s extremely conscious of how her clients react/feel throughout the entire process, despite standing the entire time of the facial.

TIPS: There\'s another girl starting. I don\'t know if there can be anyone better than Jenna. Bring a comb and mirror. My hair was messy from the wonderful and relaxing massage, but that\'s a tiny price to pay for Jenna\'s royal treatment. If there are other clients outside of the room and undergoing other services/procedures, you can hear them, but just block them out and concentrate on the gentle music Jenna\'s fingers move to.

When I walked out of the room, Elke greeted me and was pleasant. She cared enough to ask how the facial was.

I recently got the Aromatherapy Skin-Clearing Facial here and I loved it! Jenna was really great, made the experience very relaxing and rejuvenating, and she also gave me a lot of great tips for my skin. I noticed a huge difference in my skin the next day (which doesn’t always happen with facials). Just felt a lot of cleaner and smoother. I definitely recommend this place!

"I had a fantastic facial from Jenna. She was sweet and thorough and didn't rush even though I used a Bloomspot coupon. She gave me great suggestions for products but didn't try and sell me anything. I love the ease of making appointments online and the text reminders are very convenient. I am looking forward to going back next month. If they run another special I will buy as many as I can!"

Angela was awesome! I went in for a brow shaping appointment and had complete confidence being in her hands from the moment I sat down in the chair. She walked me through each step of the process, telling me what she was doing and why. Angela wanted to know how I have treated my brows in the past, what I was looking for now and what was the best way to achieve it. After shaping my brows she then filled them in, allowing me to watch and giving me instructions on how to do it on my own- a huge plus! I would hands down recommend this place for anyone looking for full service, quality, and class. I will be back for this and other services!

I'm a certified elke loyalist! Her work is topnotch. My eyebrows are clean, even, and not overdone. If you've had botched jobs in the past, you'd know what a gift to your brows she is. She's down to earth and extremely humble (a rare find in her industry!), friendly and fun; all the while managing to remain professional. She's also a great teacher--just ask and she'll take the time to guide you. I love her salon too--it's unpretentious and sweetly refreshing, just as she is.
Today, I tried her new facial and eye contour services, care of Jenna. Her hands are so feather light, I barely felt the extractions. The eye service is amazing--my eye area felt so relaxed and tight afterward. And she really knows her stuff -- gave me helpful tips about my skin and daily regimen. And gave me samples too! Thanks, you two!
