- Click the ‘Book Now‘ button on the upper right of every page.
- Sign up as a Client to be able to view/change/reschedule/cancel any appointment.
- Select your service(s), specialist, day, and time.
- You will get an immediate email confirming your appointment. Didn’t get an email? It means your appointment didn’t go through. Try again.
- Credit card details are required to confirm your appointment but you are not charged.
RESCHEDULE / CANCEL:
- Did you sign up as a client? Log in to your account to reschedule/cancel your appointment(s). Then rebook online with your new date/time.
- No client account? Let us know via email, text (917) 475 6845 or phone M-F 10am-8pm (888) 666 9145.
NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS:
- Because we are by appointment only, (sorry, no walks ins) for a no show, no notice, or a cancellation given within 24 hours, we charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the service(s) fee.
- In the event of severe weather, we will not charge a cancellation fee.
- Your credit card will be billed to “Von Freudenberg Enterprises.”
