GENERAL POLICIES:
- Please arrive a minimum of 5-10 minutes prior to your salon appointment to allow us to welcome you.
- All prices quoted on this website are subject to change and are dependent on the stylist or artist performing the service.
- It is customary to leave a 15-20% cash gratuity for excellent service. We accept Cash Tips only.
- Salon Gift Certificates are available to purchase both in salon and online.
- We cannot be responsible for valuables and suggest that you refrain from bringing them to the Salon.
- We retain the right to refuse service for any reason.
APPOINTMENTS:
- All services are by appointment only.
- Your credit card details are required to hold your appointment only. We do not charge your card at the time you make your appointment online. Credit card details are taken in case of a cancellation.
- Depending on our schedule, we may not be able to honor an appointment that arrives 15 minutes late.
CANCELLATION:
- 24 Hour or more notice is appreciated to cancel or change your appointment.
- To manage your appointments, please sign up as a Client, to be able to reschedule, change or cancel your appointment directly.
- If you have not signed up as a client, you are only able to cancel by calling us at 888 666 9145 or texting us at 917 475 6845.
- Because we are by appointment only, for all 24 hours or less cancellations, no shows or no notice, a 100% of the service fee will be charged.
- In the event of severe weather, we do not charge cancellation fees for rescheduled/cancelled appointments.
COUPONS:
- In case of a no show or cancellation, all coupons bought via other websites (i.e. Groupon, Bloomspot, Living Social, etc.) will be considered void. You may apply that coupon as cash value to any service booked after.
- All expired coupons will be accepted as cash value towards services only.
PAYMENT:
- All major credit cards are accepted as well as cash.
- Sorry, no checks.
- We accept tips as cash only.
