Q&A 


·  How soon can I expect my order?

We ship immediately within 2-4 days of receiving your order. We mail all orders out Priority & Priority Global Mail, which arrives within 2-3 days, including delivery on Saturday!  If we are out of stock on a video, we will email you and let you know of the time delay. Out of stock items usually takes 3-5 working days to come in.


 

·  What is your return/exchange policy?

All video sales are final, unless the videos are damaged in delivery, or the quality of the videos (sound and/or picture) is impaired.  To exchange videos, just mail via certified, insured UPS, with a 'copy' of your order form to

We will email you upon receiving your return and then immediately ship out your replacement via Priority Mail at no extra charge to you.


 

·  I don't feel comfortable with entering my credit card information online. How can I get my order to you?

You can go to our online Order Form, print out the Order Invoice, enter your shipping and payment information and then mail or fax in.

We will email you that we received your order, along with your confirmation and your shipping date.


 

·  I placed my order, but still haven't received the videos.

If you mailed your order with a payment of a personal check/money order, it probably means we haven't received your payment in the mail yet.  Please allow extra time during busy holiday seasons.  Unfortunately, we do not accept C.O.D. orders. Please allow 7-10 days for us to receive and process your order.

2. If you ordered by mail or fax with a credit card (Visa/MasterCard), your credit card may not have been able to be verified.  If this is the case, we email you immediately to see if there's another credit card or payment method that you would like to use. If you ordered online through PayPal, you verfication is immediate.

3. All orders that have been verified are mailed Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) and a confirmation email with your shipment date & tracking # is emailed to you, along with your email receipt.


 


·  I live outside of the US.    Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this time, we only ship to the U.S and Canada.


 


·  I just received your videos and love them! Can I add my quotes to your web page?
