If for any reason a product doesn’t work, color or otherwise, just ship it back.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN:
♦ Include a copy of your original packing slip with your item(s).
♦ Pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Print the Prepaid Return Label that you will receive and mail your return via United States Postal Service.
♦ You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.
It can take up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Return shipments can be tracked and we will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
Wrong color? Product not quite it? No problem. Let us know your exchange request below and we will email you your exchanged product to you as soon as we get your return. Please allow 2 weeks to process your request.
Is there a price difference your return? We will send you an online payment purchase request (credit card or paypal) for the price difference. Oh, and the exchanged product? Shipping is on us.
