Standard Service

  • Most orders shipped via Standard Service (First Class or USPS Priority) are processed and shipped in 1 – 2 business days, depending on product availability.
  • Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days.
  • Please note that delivery for some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.
  • You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we’ve used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.

For all orders over $50, shipping is at no charge.

For all orders under $50, we offer a flat rate charge of $5/USA which includes first class, or USPS Priority, which is determined by which provides a quicker shipping time for your order.

  • RETURNS

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • EXCHANGE

Wrong color? Product not quite it?  No problem.  Send us your exchange request and we will email you your exchange product to you as soon as we get your return.  If there’s a difference in price greater than your return, we will send you an online credit card or paypal purchase request for the difference. Oh, and the exchanged product? Shipping is on us.

  • STORE CREDIT

Would you like to try another product? Just request store credit.  We will email you a online store credit as soon as we get your return. Maybe try that color you had your eye on… 

Store Return & Exchange
Do you need to return an item? No problem.
Please enter your order# if you have it. It would be on your Purchase Confirmation Email and/or Packing Slip. If not, don’t worry. We can look it up via email or date of purchase.
Let us know is you’d like credit card or paypal to pay for any difference in product price in your exchange. Enter your paypal email if different than on your receipt.

Upon receiving your email we will be emailing you a return label to ship your item(s) to us. Once we receive your item, we will get to you asap your refund, store exchange or store credit. Thanks for shopping with us!
