CERTIFICATIONS
The regulations in each country/state are different for providing beauty services. Licensing may or may not be required.
Elke PRO/Von Freudenberg Ent. does not provide pre-screening. All due diligence is required by the individual purchasing courses to comply with their state or country regulations.
As laws differ according to your location, it is not required to show your license.
There are no prerequisites needed to take any of our courses. We provide advanced training for beginners to experienced beauty experts looking to enhance their training.
Please note most states/countries require an cosmetology/cosmetician/esthetics license to perform beauty services while others do not.
Please check with your local cosmetology board in your area for the latest regulations.
All certification courses are online, with the options to purchase with or without a course kit when specified. All courses come with

You will be sent an email upon purchase which will contain your username and password. Log into your account from the top menu. Your courses will then show up in your account page.

Yes. Upon completion of the course, which may include tests, before / after photos etc. you receive your certificate that you can immediately download and print. All certificates have your name, course name and date of completion.
To access, log into your account and you will see certificate logo next to your course name.

If you do not see, this means that there may be a page in the course that was not completed or read. You can see which pages in your course that were not completed.

Yes. All certified students in the United States are able to purchase our PRO products.
Von Freudenberg Ent. Inc. does not offer refunds on our online courses, as access is provided immediately.
Courses can also not be transferred or exchanged. Much like school, if you decide to not continue, the course is nonrefundable.
You do have lifetime access to the course(s) and the information.
