DUE TO INTENSE DEMAND WE ARE ACCEPTING ONLINE APPOINTMENTS ONLY AT THIS TIME.

SAFETY & COVID-19

A MASK IS NO LONGER REQUIRED T BE WORN DURING THE DURATION OF THE SERVICE.

ELKE AS WELL AS ALL EMPLOYEES OF THE SALON MAY CONTINUE TO WEAR A MASK.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

As a private salon, we do not take walk ins to respect our client’s privacy. 

We require PRE-payMENT in full when booking. 

We request 24+ hours notice to avoid a 100% cancellation charge. PLEASE NOTE EACH APPOINTMENT WITH ELKE IS SPECIFICALLY RESERVED FOR THAT TIME SLOT WITH YOU.

Due to increased demand, all no-shows will be charged the full service amount.

NEW CLIENT: EARLY ARRIVAL

Please arrive a minimum of 5-10 minutes prior to your salon appointment.

  HOW TO PAY PREPAID APPOINTMENTS: Due to popular demand, we will continue with all services to be pre-paid via credit card or gift card on file. CREDIT CARD: Pay with CREDIT CARD payment information online. NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED. CREDIT CARD ON FILE OR SALON eGIFT CARD:
Select pay with CREDIT CARD or GIFT CARD on file. ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED.

NO SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS

If you are unable to arrive at your appointment on time, your appointment session may be shorter or the service may be SHORTENED.

Please note that all late arrivals 5-10 minutes or more, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. A cancellation fee is waived if THE appointment can be rescheduled for the same day. 

In the event of severe weather, severe emergencies or cancellations due to salon issues, we do not charge a cancellation fee.

STREET CLOSURE

Due to construction for a new pedestrian walkway, Broadway is closed to through traffic between 24th – 36th Street.
